The industry business mood remains in the recession zone. The current business situation has further deteriorated, expectations for the next 6 months are clearly negative although they seem to have slightly stabilized in November.
A strong order intake from previous months makes the orders volume to take 2.7 months for production. Besides, incoming orders are significantly slowing down.
When looking at the expected turnover for the next six months by European market, France tops the ranking while the UK takes the last position. Poland and the Scandinavian countries see an improvement. In all other countries the majority of surveyed participants expect turnover decreases.
